TARGET LOCATIONS

 

The ANGLO INDIAN vision encompasses the development of twelve residential communities spread across important locations in and around India’s fastest developing cities.

ANGLO INDIAN is actively negotiating agreements with developers and landowners in multiple locations across India. In addition to the city locations, ANGLO INDIAN are looking to identify two resort properties in the best coastal locations.

Target Locations

The development schedule will vary according to the scale of individual developments, but will generally take two to three years from commencement to completion, starting with the building of the MCC Cricket Academy, the Club, associated retail, and hospitality facilities, around which the serviced apartments, villas and apartments will be planned.
